Upon account termination, any remaining valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded within 7–14 business days, provided the balance is not linked to any fraudulent activity.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
• We will endeavor to resolve complex matters within 7 business days.
• The decision of 66abc shall be considered final.
